THE MISSING on FOX26
In the wake of national attention on the missing person case of Gabby Petitio in 2021, Kaitlin Monte crafted a multi-platform content series to drive attention to unsolved missing person cases in Houston, Texas.
Partnerships
The series garnered an official partnership with the Texas Center for the Missing. Kaitlin collaborates with their experts to identify vet, report, and provide ongoing follow-up on families whose cases are in need of public support.
Multi-Touchpoint Campaign

Billboards — A state-wide partnership with Clear Channel Media garnered FOX26 an opportunity to place their logo on billboards for missing person cases featured on The Missing series at no cost to the station
On-Air — After interviewing families in-person, Kaitlin writes and takes part in the editing of feature packages to be aired live across multiple FOX26 dayparts
Live Stream Show — Hosted weekly on Facebook, Youtube, and FOX26Houston.com, Kaitlin handles all booking, production, and hosting duties for “The Missing: Live” to drive interactive engagement with viewers of the series, coordinating with in-house promotion team to drive traffic from on-air and online
